1What is the difference between Full Interior Design & E-design Services?
Full interior design includes Lara & her team traveling to your home to measure and gather all info for designs. Meetings & design presentations are in-person. Construction work & all installations are personally overseen by Lara & her team. We provide estimating, budgeting & scheduling of entire project. All purchases are handled by our firm. We’ll manage every detail from start of design creation to final installation. Full design is best for large renovations, additions, & customizing new home builds. In contrast, E-Design services entail you measuring and filling out a detailed questionnaire. For budgets under $50k, you handle the purchasing your design selections. All work is done virtually through video meetings and email, enabling you to receive our expert designs at a much lower cost with shortened time frames. E-Service Custom designs are implemented by your contractors.
2What is E-Design best for?

3How long will my design(s) take?
1-3 weeks, depending on our current workloads and quantity of room designs you purchase. Plus 1 week for revisions.
4What will I receive in my design package?

5What are Shop-able Mood Boards?
They contain all the furniture, fixtures, and other items in your room designs shown together in an elegant, organized way. You can simply click & purchase them at your leisure.
6How will you know my style?
By reviewing your questionnaire answers, inspiration photos, and links you upload. Don’t be shy sharing, the more we know about your likes and dislikes, the better we’ll be at creating your perfect spaces! Then everything is reviewed during our initial KICK-OFF! meeting to ensure we get it right.
7What should I do if I’m having trouble measuring?
Review our detailed measuring guide we’ll be emailing you after you purchase a package or wait for your easy measure laser tool to arrive! If you still need help, email us at info@laramichelle.com. We’ll be reviewing all during your initial meeting to make sure all is good!
8What is your return/refund policy?
Once we receive your completed questionnaire(s) and begin working on your designs, we unfortunately can’t issue any refunds. Before then, a refund can be issued less a $25 processing fee.
9Are the purchases I make through my shop-able mood board returnable?
Many of the purchases made through the mood board links are non-returnable (except for damage or wrong item sent). If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact the seller directly to start a claim within 7 days. You can also email us to get their contact information.
